  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number as soon as possible.

  • If the cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • In rare cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues, ZENKLY reserves the right to cancel an order.

  • If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
