Returns & Refund Policy – ZENKLY

• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, if the product is unused and in its original condition.

• To be eligible for a return, the massage gun must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

• Returns will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear images/videos of the issue.

• Once the return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

• After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

• ZENKLY reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
